The Freq
The Freq is a music-focused creative hub that celebrates Manchester’s influential musical identity while creating a platform for the next generation of artists. Located within the historic Collier Street Baths, the project brings together music heritage, creative production and immersive sound experiences.
Designed as a space to Listen, Discover, Interact and Connect, The Freq invites visitors to explore Manchester’s musical past while giving artists opportunities to create, collaborate, learn and share their work. Through archival displays, recording and practice spaces, interactive installations and experimental sound environments, the project creates a dialogue between the city’s musical history and its evolving creative future.
